Service Description

The purpose of this course is to upskill the operator currently working in a salon. You will learn the following: - Styling techniques - Shampoo & advanced massaging - Salon and Personal Hygiene and Grooming - Answering the telephone/Taking messages - Making bookings - Communication and work etiquette - Posture and Reception - Tint/Toner application - Rinsing colour and Highlights - Preparing trollies - Stylist assistance Tools & Equipment Students are required to have access to their own hairdressing tools in order to participate in the workshop. You have three options: Option 1 - Bring your own tools Students may use their own hairdressing equipment during the workshop. Option 2 - Rent a trolley. A fully equipped trolley with the necessary tools can be rented from the academy for the duration of the workshop. Trolley rental price: R1000,00 for the duration of the workshop. Option 3 - Order through the academy If you do not yet own the required equipment, the academy can assist in ordering the correct items for you before the workshop begins. Upon booking confirmation, students will receive a full equipment list outlining the tools and prices per item required for the workshop.
